Diane Agathangelides

Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Diane Agathangelides, 71, returned to her loving Heavenly Father the evening of September 5, 2014, in Mesa Arizona. Diane was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho on September 19, 1942 to Charles and Alice Moser. After receiving her associate's degree from Ricks College, Diane married Demetrios Agathangelides in the Idaho Falls Latter-day Saints Temple. They lived in Emmett, Idaho for a short time before settling in Logan, Utah. It was there that she and Demetrios owned a few agricultural businesses, such as Greek Gardens and Mountain Valley Seeds, where Diane worked for many years as an office manager. Diane enjoyed all kinds of art. She was especially fond of pencil drawing and painting using oil, acrylic and water color paints. Her love of flowers was translated into beautiful floral arrangements and award-winning flower gardens. But, what she loved most was her family. Diane is survived by her husband Demetrios Agathangelides, her children Angela (Charles) Smith and Athena (Justin) Haley, Grandchildren Jacob Smith, Spencer Smith Isaac Smith, Rachel Smith, Logan Haley and Taylor Haley, Sister Cheryl Cook and Brother Doug Moser. Services will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 11:00 AM in the LDS Chapel on 3572 E. Guadalupe Road Gilbert, Arizona with a visitation one hour prior to services at 10:00 AM. Arrangements made by SereniCare Funeral Home in Tempe, Arizona. A special thanks to the health care staff at the Banner Gateway Hospital, Hospice at Home Arizona and The Villa Hospice Care Center.
