Helen Hall Jensen passed away peacefully in her sleep on Nov 1, 2019. She was born on April 19, 1928 in Ogden UT to Rouse Adair Hall and Annie McAllister Sullivan. She spent her early years in St. George and Riverdale.
She married her true love Rulon K. Jensen in Elko NV. They were sealed in the SLC temple.
They raised their children, Linda, Dianne and Greg in Clearfield, Roy and Ogden and spent the latter part of their lives in Riverdale. She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Helen excelled as a computer analyst at DDOU and HAFB and retired at the age of 70. She was a member of the DDOU Verbalists ITC. She was a reading tutor for Ogden city schools. She lived a life of service and love in the community and in her many church callings. Helen loved doing genealogy and family history work and was an example to all who knew her.
Many happy family times were spent boating, waterskiing, camping and snowmobiling. They loved their friends and their RV group….
Helen was lovingly devoted to her family and spent many years selflessly caring for Rulon. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Andrew K., and two brothers, Elwyn and Richard Hall. She is survived by children Linda Salyer, Dianne (Dean) Wiberg and Greg (Shauna) Jensen, six grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, sisters Reva Thomsen and Pat Hartey, and brother David Hall.
Services will be held Friday Nov 9 at the Riverdale 49th ward LDS chapel at 4210 S. 300 W. Viewing will be held from 10 to 10:45, with funeral at 11 am.
