My “Sweet thing from Texas” left her broken body and is finally jumping and running with God. She was the kindest soul, Queen of Queens, and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was the daughter of Matt Killough and Peggy Ruth Moody. She was born in San Antonio, Texas and passed in West Valley, Utah. Funeral services will be held at the Crosspoint church, 5445 so. 2700 w. on Thursday May 18th at 11:00 am.

Survivors: Tate Howell, husband. Charlotte Killough, sister. Jerry Dale Killough, brother. Matt the 3rd (Bubba) Killough, brother. Nora Foerster, half sister.

Sharon was master craftsman. She made hundreds of impeccable Ukrainian eggs and a myriad of other creations. She was a great dancer. She loved the “Texas two-step” and the “Cotton eyed joe”.

Sharon could not give birth because of her broken body, but her true children were her dogs—all beautiful American Eskimos and she loved them more than life itself. Sharon loved to play games, especially dominos and cribbage and most of the time beat us shamefully.

We can only imagine having the strength and courage that Sharon had-- Fearlessly facing day to day pain. She told me once that she has bad days and really bad days, yet she was always the first to laugh, the first to say something positive, the first to say that everything will be alright, the first to thank God for the blessings she had in life. She came up with a saying that she would recite at times, especially when I was feeling weak or depressed. She would give me a big smile and say, “I love you twice as much today as yesterday, but not half as much as I will love you tomorrow”. I thank God every day that I have had the great honor and privilege to spend a little time with this true—Queen of Queens.
