Paulette Marie Knighton

June 25, 1959 — March 21, 2020

Paulette Marie Knighton

On March 21, 2020, heaven gained an Angel. Paulette Marie Knighton was born June 25, 1959. She was a hardworking and loving mother. She was a resident of Davis County, Utah most of her life. On March 19, she was taken to the hospital and admitted. Her medicine for her Liver cancer was no longer working. They discovered that the cirrhosis had taken over her liver and that she had a tumor in her lung. They kept her pain under control so that she did not experience any pain. She was taken to a local nursing home for Hospice care, on March 20th. Her sons Adrian and Cameron were able to see her before her passing on March 21th, in the morning.

She was preceded in death by her three siblings and her father that she never got to meet. She kept in contact with her mom Maxine, who is her birth mother that found her about 8 years ago. She was happy to have meet and gotten to know her mom in the time that she had.  She attended Bonneville High School, and went to DATC for continued education. She loved to be outdoors and enjoyed camping and fishing.  She loved spending times with friends and family. She struggled with many things that happened when she was in the foster system. Which lead to her addictions later in life, because she had a lot of regret and grief that she dealt with. She did her best to provide her kids the best life that she could.

Paulette is survived by her children: Shayle Bott, Adrian (Erin) Knighton, and Cameron Calgren; also her grandkids: Andre, Hunter, Zachary, Jordan, Draven, Dallas, Freyja, Paityn, and Oaklee; and 4 grand dogs. We are all extremely sadden with our sudden loss.
