Alice Williamson Harris

Alice Ruby Williamson Harris returned to her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, September 26, 2006 peacefully at home in South Salt lake.
Born September 22, 1912 in Provo, Utah to William and Annie Williamson. She married her sweetheart Seldon Harris on August 28, 1934 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple for time and all eternity. After marriage, they made their home in Orem until 1956, and then moved to South Salt Lake for the remainder of their lives.
She served in various LDS stake and ward callings; including Relief Society president at the age of 80. She loved to sing and was a member of the Singing Mothers. She will be missed by many.
She is survived by her children Ronald, Ruby, Lloyd and Lucille. She has eighteen grandchildren and various great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her sweetheart and parents.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Thursday, September 28, 2006 at the Kimball LDS Ward Chapel, 2280 South 300 East, South Salt Lake. Family and friends may call at the church prior to services from 9:45 am to 10:45 am. Interment will be in the Orem City Cemetery.
