Thank you Serena Care! You did such a great job with taking care of my father and his funeral. Your prompt service after his passing allowed me and my family to grieve with minimal stress. The individualized care from Kate and her daughter during the funeral and burial was excellent! This is the third family member who has passed and been taken care of by Serena Care. I will continue to refer others to you for their funeral needs. Thanks again! Troy

Our family can not thank you enough or demonstrate enough just how grateful we are for your services and beautifully facilitating [our son's] burial. Between the company's generosity and flexibility during the holiday it is very remarkable. We are truly blessed and hope you have a great holiday!
The Lamb Family
I am deeply thankful for your kind expertise in helping us through the maze of funeral arrangements. I learned so much from the personal presentation held at the home. I will never, ever forget your kindness to me, his mother. I know that his brother and his Dad needed special closure, as well, and you have done a favor that the three of us will always remember.
Joanne C., Phoenix, Arizona
Serenicare is a very valuable and special service to grieving families. I will recommend your company to any of my friends who find themselves unprepared and need the full service that you provide. The lower cost is a gift of love, as well.
Joanne C., Phoenix, Arizona
Everything was perfect; the service was beautiful beyond expression. Looking back, several family members said it seemed surreal. I am ever so grateful to everyone at SereniCare.
Wendy G., Tennessee
Thanks very much for the outstanding care you provided for me and my family for my husband's funeral. The kind, gentle care at the "dressing" was exemplary and very much appreciated as well as the guidance and instruction to our sons during the process. You are in a service not as widely acknowledged as it probably should be, but very much appreciated by we who are "survivors". My sincere gratitude and blessings!
Jean S.

Kent Smith, owner of Sernicare is an amazing person to work with during such a difficult time as preparing for and the death of a loved one. I lost my precious Mother Carma J. Jensen on 6/24/2018... Kent's calm, patient and kind presence was a blessing to me. He went out of his way to help me and offer assistance, I am extremely grateful for all that he did and for the professional manner in which everything was handled. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you!
Vickie Sikridji July 24, 2018
I cannot say enough good things about SereniCare and Francis. They came highly recommended from many hospice nurses that I know and I am so glad I made the decision to go with them. Francis made it clear that I was his priority and that he was happy to do whatever services and I wanted and did not ever try to push an additional service. He knows what he is doing and makes you feel comfortable. In this hard time having the support of the funeral home and director was exactly what I needed and I plan on using them when the need ever arises again. Thank you!
