Camden Cancio Call returned home to his heavenly parents on Sunday, October 11, 2026. Camden was born on July 5th, 2007, in Phoenix, AZ. At the age of 2, Camden moved to Utah where he was loved by so many cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents from both sides of his family.

Camden was always drawn to creating beautiful memories with those he loved. He had a deep love for adventure and learning new things. Over the years, he enjoyed baseball, snowboarding, fishing, wake surfing, long boarding, the shooting range, running, website development, airsoft gun outings, and riding his motorcycle. He was happiest exploring the world around him as a young boy. He loved going to Lake Powell, and was fortunate enough to travel to Mexico, the British Virgin Islands, and Costa Rica, where he enjoyed snorkeling, swimming, and water sports.

Camden had a remarkable sense of humor, quick wit, and intelligence that made him a joy to be around. He was a deep thinker who loved asking big questions about life and its purpose. He was also wise beyond his years, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to excel in whatever he pursued. He graduated from Lone Peak High School in 2025 and completed his freshman year at Utah Valley University. Never one to shy away from hard work, he was interested in pursuing a career in web development and building his own business someday.

He loved freelancing, using his creativity to help small businesses build their company websites, and ran a successful social follower business.

In the latter months of his life, he developed a compassion for people who struggled in life. As he faced enormous and complex challenges of his own, his heart seemed to grow more tender towards the suffering of others. Several months before his passing, he reflected, “I used to think if I made a lot of money, I would only spend it on things I wanted, but now I realize the only thing I want is to help the poor and the suffering.” It was inspiring to witness his courage as he tried to overcome his own physical and mental health challenges. Even as he faced insurmountable odds, his sweetness remained up until the last moments of his life.

Camden is survived by his mother Jessica Berrio, his father Clayton Call, his siblings Alex, Alivia, and Kaia, as well as beloved grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family who will miss him dearly. We are honored to have shared 19 unforgettable years with such a unique and loving human being.

In honor of Camden and in the memory of the struggles he endured, the family invites those who wish to do so to make a donation to MISSD, an organization dedicated to raising awareness about akathisia, a severe medication injury. We hope that by increasing awareness of this often misunderstood condition, other individuals and families may find understanding, support and hope. Donations may be made at https://missd.co.
