Allen Blaine Baldonado

It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of Allen Blaine Baldonado. Allen was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico on April 24th 1957 and passed away Sunday, March 20th 2022. 

 

Cathy Baldonado was the love of Allen’s life. They were together for 43 years and he always said she was his home. Allen got his degree in mechanics and loved to share that knowledge with his sons which brought much meaning to his life.

 

Allen loved to go fishing camping and be outdoors. His favorite hobby was working on cars with his son Aj. They have spent the past 7 years working on a Cadillac which was his pride and joy.

 

What Allen cherished more than anything was spending time with his family. Whether that meant staying in watching movies or going out for fun, if he was with those he loved he was happy. Allen loved his neighbors and community and was always there to help. If that meant cleaning their windows, shoveling snow or caring for the disabled man across the street, he was there. If you were sick, sad or just needed someone to be there for you, Allen was always the first person to make sure you were okay. He has impacted so many lives with his love, huge heart and radiant smile. Allen was a blessing to this world and has left us with countless happy memories. Even after death he has brought us all together and filled our hearts with love and joy.

 

Allen is preceded in death by his mother Isabel Serrano and father Melquiadez Baldonado. He is survived by the love of his life Cathy Baldonado, his sister Bernadette Reyes, his sons Allen Baldonado jr, Toby Phillips and Joey Archuletta, his daughters Tessie Delarosa and Genie Thompson, his daughter in laws; Chantel Griffith, Moon Phillips, and Cortney Archuletta, his grandchildren; Destiny, Anna, Soukhy, Anthony, Gabriela, Alexia, Harmony, Devin, Isis, Natalie, Jordan, Nikylee, Westley and Cree, his great-grand children; Kiara, Aundrea, Bryson and Liam.

 

A small viewing and service for close friends and family will be held on Saturday, March 26th from 6 to 8 pm at Serenicare Funeral Home.
