Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend passed away peacefully on Monday April 20, 2026, surrounded by the family she loved so fiercely. Andrea Lin Mansfield, 77, of Orem, Utah leaves behind a legacy of love, family, humor, and generosity.
Andee (as she preferred to be called) was born March 4, 1949 in San Bernardino, CA to David and Lillian Creighton. From the very beginning, she did things her own way; with a spark of independence, a touch of rebellion, and all of her heart.
Andee’s life centered on loving and caring for her many children. She loved big, was quick to laugh, and never missed an opportunity for witty banter or a silly song. If you spent more than a few minutes with her, you probably walked away smiling, or at least shaking your head and laughing. Her quirky style and generous spirit made her memorable and loved by so many. Her children and siblings would describe her as strong, intelligent, fun and unapologetically herself.
She had a special fondness for elephants, admiring their devotion and dedication to family, the uniqueness of their markings, and their perseverance through challenges. Like them, Andee was resilient, unique, and unforgettable.
A true creative spirit, Andee found joy in art, particularly pottery and mosaics. She loved creating things that were unique, colorful, funky and full of personality, just like her.
Andee was a faithful and steadfast member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She stood firm in her beliefs and lived them with quiet strength and determination.
She is survived by her children Debra Hawks (Rudy), Brad Mansfield (Randy), Scott Mansfield (Nicole), Kelly Mansfield (Argeniz), Leslee Fisher (James), Kim Ogden (Stephen), Kyle Mansfield (Jeremiah - deceased), Brett Mansfield (Ruby), Mollee Suafo’a, and Shellee Semrad (Clint); her mother Lillian Elsie Crieighton; her siblings Tom Creighton (Tere), Valerie Hall (Stephen), David Creighton (Karen), Aaron Creighton (Kathy), Cecily Rasband, and Stefanie Manuele (Marc); along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Preceded in death and welcomed home by her father David Creighton and her son Jeffrey Mansfield.
Funeral services will be held April 29, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Canyon View Stake Center, 575 E 800 North, Orem, Utah. Before the service there will be a visitation with the family at 10:00 a.m. at the same location. Interment will be at the Highland City Cemetery.
