Brent Hopkinson

I am heartbroken to announce the death of my father, Brent Alvin Hopkinson. He passed away at the age of 68 in Salt Lake City Utah, surround by family and friends. Brent enjoyed snow skiing, motorcycle riding, the beach and many adventures. Brent attended Brighton highschool. As a yong man Brent was a chef at Hotel Utah and DB Cooper's, later he operated Uncle Alberts bar in Salt Lake City .

Brent was always cracking jokes even until the very end he made people laugh. Brent is survived by his son, Alex Hopkinson, mother Minola (Eric) Jensen, Brother Steve (Sarah)Hopkinson, sisters Suzanne (Larry)Mick and Lynda(Larry )Lanier.

He is preceded in death by his father, Roy Hopkinson and grandson, Tanner Hopkinson.

We will be having a celebration of Brent's life for family and friends on Monday January 8th beginning at noon at the American heritage retirement community clubhouse 3040 S Homecrest St, West Valley City, UT 84119
