Carrol Jeanne Pendelton

Carol Jeanne Pendelton died on November 25, 2017. She was born in Salt Lake City on October 27, 1946 to Frank Carter Watkins and Ruby Leora Hansen.

Carrol grew up in Salt Lake City, attending West High School and Salt Lake Community College.

For many years she worked at JC Pennys. She also worked as a Microfilmer and Document Scanner. She loved art and doing needlework. Compassionate Service was an integral part of Carrol. She was everyone’s Grandma and she loved to tell the children stories of the family and places she’d been. She was very creative. Carrol was loved by all her nieces, nephews and her adoptive children and grandchildren. Carrol will be greatly missed by all who knew her and loved her.

Surviving Carrol are her sisters: Gerrie Linford, Shirley Crosby, Linda Vance and Valerie Watkins; and brother, Frank Watkins. Preceded in death by her Parents and one Brother, Neil Watkins.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 2, 2017 in the LDS 25th Ward building, 1145 West 500 South, Salt Lake City, Utah.
