Chad Theodore Miller

Chad Theodore Miller died December 26th, 2014 in Ogden, Utah. For the past few years he had been a resident at Washington Terrace Care Center. Chad was born January 2nd, 1967 in Ogden, Utah. He was a dog-lover by heart. He also loved fishing and being out in nature. Chad is survived by his parents, Frank and Sherry Ann (Stone) Miller, and by his siblings, Sean (Lynda) Miller, Tracie (Mike) Holbrook, Brian (Pawneace) Miller, Mindy (Jeff) Pickrell, and Michael (Lorraine) Miller. He was beloved by dozens of nieces and nephews who all thought he was one of the greatest uncles. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold Theodore and Rosetta Emily (Brenneman) Miller, and Burke and Mernie (Clark) Stone, and by his sister, Diane (Miller) Anglesey. Chad held the Melchizedek Priesthood and was an honorable member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Chad's family would like to express their appreciation to all those who cared for Chad at Washington Terrace. Theirs was a service that can never be forgotten.
