Charles Glass Gibson

Charles Glass Gibson, 77 passed away August 2, 2006 at his home of natural causes. He was born October 14, 1928 to Charles Leon and Mabel Glass Gibson. He graduated from the Utah School for the Blind. He also graduated from radio repair school in Omaha Nebraska. He worked for Defense Depot Ogden prior to starting Ace TV and Radio Repair which he owned and operated for over 50 years.
Charles married Alta Ames April 24, 1961 in the Salt Lake Temple. He has been active in the LDS Church serving in many leadership callings. He had a strong testimony of the Savior, Jesus Christ.
He is survived by Steve (Dana) Gibson of Pleasant View, Marsha Gibson of SLC, Stanley (Eryn) Gibson of Crestline CA, and Lauralee (Brian) Ravenberg of Clinton, sisters Ruth Croft of Roy and Elizabeth Fought of Pleasant View and 13 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 5, 2006 at the LDS Chapel located at 1050 21st Street in Ogden, Utah. A viewing will be held at the church Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday prior to services from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Interment will be in the Vine Bluff Cemetery in Nephi, Utah.
