1960 – 2026. Charles Bradford “Brad” Kreher was born in Saginaw, Michigan, to Charles and Patricia Kreher. He was the oldest of four children with 3 younger sisters, Tasha Swahn, Colleen Davidson and Karin Thorn.
Brad lived an adventurous life in Michigan that included camping, Boy Scouts, earning the rank of Eagle Scout, sailing the Great Lakes, and competitive skiing while attending Douglas MacArthur HS. Brad graduated high school early so that he could spend a ski season in Colorado before starting college. Brad attended Michigan State University studying pre-law, before transferring to, and completing his bachelor’s degree, at the University of Utah. After college he preferred to work with his hands, developing a business in home remodeling. Various endeavors took him from Utah to California, Alaska, and back again to Utah. Through these years Brad enjoying sailing off the coast of California and working at both Snowbird and Deer Valley in a variety of capacities. Brad was a voracious reader. He loved playing the guitar and studying the works of Bob Dylan extensively.
Brad passed away from Chronic Heart Failure. He will be remembered by family, his sisters, friends, and especially Julia Vandegrift and her family.
