Chase Folland Evans passed away peacefully January 24, 2026 surrounded by his loving family. He fought Cirrhosis of the Liver for many years and is finally at rest. He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Ralph Folland and Angela Ann Evans. He graduated from Davis High School and earned his insurance certificate. Chase also attended the University of Utah and was a member of Sigma Chi. He was an entrepreneur, excelled in sales and created several businesses. He loved to create business plans and was the top salesman for Top Golf and the Jazz.

He was beautiful. When he was born all the nurses gushed over his eye lashes. He was very giving and loved to help his friends and family out. He loved his family the most.

He would get so excited at Christmas to be able to give his gifts to those he loved. He was amazing at tennis and snowboarding and baseball. Loved camping, the universe and looking at the stars. He was fascinated by numerology, loved to read and was very educated on so many subjects. He also enjoyed learning about all religions. Most of all he loved and leaves behind his beloved Corgi, Comrade.

Chase loved his grandma who called him, "my fellow". Was the favorite uncle to his nieces and nephews. Loved his mom and was so good to her - they were "Lagoon Buddies". He was a fighter and fought through his pain.

He is survived by his parents; his sister Brittney Ann Crump (Tyson Monney); brothers, Hunter Deon (Madalyn) Evans; Quincy Park Evans; nieces, Rooney Deon Crump, Janie Lou and Millie Jean Evans; nephews, Harrison Don Evans and Dawson Drew Evans; Grandmothers, Mildred "Meme" Evans and Shirlene Stevens

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at the Kays Creek Stake Center, 2680 E Cherry Lane, Layton Utah 84040. There will be a viewing that same day and location from 10:00 to 11:45 am. Burial will be directly after the service at the Salt Lake City Cemetery.
