Connie Marie Allen

Connie Marie Allen was born on March 14, 1953, to Danny and Marie Proctor. As the oldest of four children, she grew up in Sandy, where she created lifelong memories and formed cherished friendships that remained close to her heart throughout her life. She passed away peacefully at home on May 1, surrounded by her loving family.

Connie married Mel Coulter, and together they welcomed four children. Although their marriage later ended, Connie’s greatest joy was always her family. She was a devoted mother, Mema, sister, and friend who continually placed the needs of others before her own.

She is survived by her children: Nicole (Billy) Mackun, Troy Coulter, Kim Coulter, and Zac (Quele) Coulter; and by her nine beloved grandchildren, who were truly the light of her life. Connie is also survived by her mother, Marie Proctor; and her sisters, Sharron (Steve) McIff, Carolee (Gary) Morris, and Shaun Proctor.

She was preceded in death by her father, Danny Proctor.

Connie will be remembered for her strength, her unwavering love for her family, and the warmth and kindness she shared so freely with everyone around her. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who knew and loved her.

An open house celebrating Connie’s life will be held Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at her home:
