Cooper Jacobsen

Cooper J Jacobsen, age 45, passed away on Thursday, August 5th, 2021. Cooper was born March 7th, 1976 in Brigham City, Utah where he also lived most of his life.

He leaves behind three beautiful children Kylie (Avery), Cooper Jr, and Kenley, two grandchildren, Saydee and Skyleigh, father, Roger (Lana) Jacobsen, loving siblings, Shanda (Kelly), Tyler (Emily) and Tysha (Eric), step-mother Tammy and two half brothers, Jeremiah & Jacob Jones.
