Cindy passed away quietly at home at the age of sixty-six. She was born in Salt Lake City but spent most of her formative years split between Spokane, Washington and Sacramento, California. After returning to Utah, she attended Utah State University.

At nineteen, she met and later married her husband, Scott Cordery in the Salt Lake Temple August 2,1977. Scott and Cindy were blessed with three children Jonathan, Christopher, and Joshua. Although they later divorced, they experienced many happy years together with their three boys.

Cindy loved animals and cared for several dogs throughout her life. She also enjoyed painting and adored travel. She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served in the church in several capacities.

A celebration of life will be held in her honor at the Cottonwood 12th Ward Chapel, 1757 E Spring Lane (5195 S) Holladay, Utah 84117 on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.  

Cindy was preceded in death by her three sons Jonathan, Christopher, and Joshua, her ex-husband Scott Cordery, her brother Michael Fullmer, her brother-in-law Don Maughan, and her parents David Emerson Fullmer and Elda Beth Parkin Fullmer. Cindy leaves behind two siblings Connie Maughan and Steven (Mary) Fullmer, two granddaughters Tajah and Astrid, and a daughter-in-law Jamie.
