Deborah Ann Garner

Deborah Ann Garner passed away October 8, 2025 at the McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah with her loved ones by her side. She was born November 23, 1962 to William C and Phyllis J Parker in France.

Deb was always eager to help. Loved animals, her husband and family and always had a smile on her face. She loved competing in Special Needs Track and Field competitions, winning medals and ribbons. She also loved music, coloring and taking care of her dogs.

She is survived by her loving husband, Curtis Allen Garner; her brother Michael Parker; her mother in-law, Donna Wilson, brother in-laws; Kerry (Steffoni) Garner, Mark Garner, Chad (Sandy) Garner and nephew, Ryan Parker.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Tentatively, there will be a graveside service October 15, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Hooper City Cemetery, 5290 S 6300 W, Hooper, UT 84315
