Elaine Jex

Elaine Jex, our beautiful and amazing mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away on April 15, 2019.  She was born April 26, 1961 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Everyone that knew Elaine quickly identified her kind and loving spirit.  She deeply loved her family; especially her three daughters and seven grandchildren.  She enjoyed being creative and artistic through endless craft projects, designing custom invitations and other graphics, and using her green thumb to care for plants, flowers, and garden.  Butterflies brought her immense joy and will forever be a reminder of our love for her.

Elaine is survived by her children: Alicia Adams (husband Anthony), Megan Jimenez (husband Gessel), and Ashley Jex.  Grandchildren: Luis, Jayden, Ayani, Jazlynn, Mya, Izabell, and Elijah. Dad: Fred Miller. Sisters: Rosie Kenney and Diane Thompson.

Elaine was preceded in death by her Father LaVerl, Mother Janice, Sister Karen, and Daughter Nicole.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, April 20, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Murray Park Pavilion #4, 406 E. Vine Street, Murray, UT.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name at America First Credit Union.

Elaine's entire family would like to give special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Intermountain Medical Center for their dedicated care.
