Ernest Thomas Fuller "Uncle Bud"
Born October 17, 1919 in Dayton, Ohio to Ernest Clayton Fuller and Emma McCelland. Died April 22, 2007 in the home of his loved ones. Married the love of his life Carrie Jane Bennett and served her with love and compassion for over 63 years. Her death was the saddest day of his life.
Bud was an entrepreneur. He drove heavy trucks, owned several restaurants including "Buds Silver Saddle Corral", Sold merchandise and owned a tree trimming business along with many other endeavors. He loved horses and rode in the Rose Bowl Parade. Bud loved to be the center of attention and always surrounded himself with an audience. He was everyone's "Uncle Bud".
He proudly served in the United States Navy entering in 1943 and was honorably discharged two years later to re-enter civilian life.
Bud came to Utah 4 years ago to live with his nephews family and there he made a new life for himself surrounded by children who loved to hear his crazy stories. Bud worried everyday over the welfare of "his boy Speed, and the little girl Lacee". Bud was an eccentric guy and loved glamour and glitz. He made lots of new friends in his neighborhood and at the Sandy Senior Center. We will all miss seeing the Cowboy around.
Bud is survived by 1 brother (Alton Fuller, Ohio) and 2 sisters (Ellen Black, Ohio and Delores Sullivan, Tennesee). He leaves behind many nieces and nephews and friends.
Viewing will be at 3pm followed by Funeral Services on Wednesday, April 25, 2007 @ 4:30pm at 10975 Prescott Drive, Sandy, Utah

Thanks Bud for touching our lives. We are all stronger and wiser for having known you. We love you and will miss you.
