Faith Vannoy Foster - Gilley

Faith Foster Gilley went home to her Lord and Savior on June 7, 2024.

Faith Alpha was born March 2, 1961 to Walter and Clara Loomis Vannoy, shortly followed by her twin Hope Omega.  Faith's childhood was spent in the Potomac and Greenough area.  

She started working at an early age washing dishes at the Wild West Cafe where she worked throughout high school.  Faith graduated after three and a half years from Seeley Swan High School.  She moved from the area in 1981 where she went into the home health arena including hospice.  

In 1986 she married Tom Foster and they moved back to the Greenough area.  In 1996 they moved to Lewiston, Montana where she continued to work in Home Health.  She spent her time taking care of her parents.  In 2021 she met and married Bob Gilley and moved to Salt Lake City, Utah... amazing what you'll do for love.  

Faith's greatest joy in life were her many nieces and nephews; great and great-great.  She enjoyed quilting, reading and hosting parties.  

She is survived by her husband Robert, her sisters; Gloria (Alvin) Shawver, Faye (James) Grandalen, Ruth (Donald) Johnson, Naomi (Willard) Hahn, Esther (Michael) Negaard, Rachel (Daniel) Negaard, sister-in-law, Shirley (Halverson) Vannoy and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.

She is preceded in death by both of her parents; twin sister, Hope and sister, Connie, her brother Frank Vannoy, her husband Tom Foster, her brother in laws, Dwight Jamison and James Grandalen
