Gene Ray Williamson

With heavy hearts, we mourn the loss of Gene Ray Williamson, who passed away on May 29, 2023, in Kearns, Utah. Gene was born on November 18, 1970, in Murray, Utah, to Don Merle Williamson and Estella Lois Carlson.

Gene was a man of many passions. He earned an Associates Degree in Business.  He enjoyed being a travel agent and for a time was a truck driver for England Trucking. His enthusiasm for life was present in everything he did. He loved dancing, singing and playing the clarinet. He also found joy in computer games.

Gene's comedic talent was one-of-a-kind which made him an absolute treasure to his friends and family. His wit and humor would light up any room he entered. Gene had an incredible capacity to bring joy to everyone around him with his jokes.

Gene will always be remembered as a loving son, brother and cherished friend to many.

Gene is survived by his father, Don; mother, Estella.  Also survived by siblings; Mark (Malisa), David, Erik (Kayla), Lois (Andrew) and Jerry.  Additionally survived by nieces and nephews; Ian, Scott, Cali, Elizabeth, Jakeob, Ashley, Kirsten, Whitney, Dallen, Jailene, Jayden, Emily, Shayla, Lindsey, Nate, Nicole and Luke.  

We take comfort knowing that Gene lived life to the fullest each day; he touched so many lives with his laughter and kindness. We will miss you dearly, Gene Ray Williamson - rest in peace till we meet again!
