George Edward Gravely Jr., 65 passed away in Logan, Utah, after a long struggle with medical problems, on December 30, 2013. George was born September 9, 1948 to Wanda Darline Yoakum and George Edward Gravely Sr. in Virginia. George lived a full life; he was legally blind but was determined not to let that stop him in accomplishing his goals. George was a hard worker, strong willed, and ambitious. He was a member of the LDS Church and valued his many callings especially as Stake Executive Secretary and most recently as High Priest teacher. He is survived by his wife Jeanie; children: Angela, Natalie (Heath) and Bobby (Coell); 8 grandchildren; and 2 sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents and twin brother. Our sincere thanks go out to the caretakers at the Intermountain Homecare and Hospice for their loving kindness and support. A special thanks to Anna, Angela, Jamie, Ben, Pam and Dan. Memorial services will be held on Friday at 12 noon at the Nibley 5th Ward Chapel, 3701 S. 450 W. Nibley Utah.
