Grayson passed away at his home in Clinton, Utah the evening of November 7, 2021. Grayson was born in Williston, North Dakota to Bailey and Brendan Centers on July 29, 2014. Diagnosed at 5 months old with a degenerative brain condition called Ponto-Cerebellar Hypoplasia, he was given 3 years. Defying all odds, our strong and spunky superhero was so determined, he made it to 7 years old.

Grayson was a 2nd grade student at Windridge Elementary School in Kaysville, Utah. Being the eldest of his siblings, Grayson had such an intense bond with them all. His bright blue eyes lighting up each time they were together. He enjoyed swimming, laughing, cuddling, spending time with family and friends, spreading love, and being loved.

Grayson is survived by his mother, Bailey Centers and stepfather David Anderson, his father Brendan Centers and stepmother Michelle Centers, sister Sawyer Centers, brothers Kade Anderson, Draycinn Centers, and future baby brother Stryder Centers. He is also survived by his grandparents Barbara and Bradley Devereaux, Steven and Chandy Mitchell, Angela Moffo, Curtis and Carolyn Anderson, as well as many wonderful aunts, uncles, cousins, and great-grandmothers. Grayson was proceeded in death by his grandfather Charles Centers.

The family wishes to give special thanks to Lisa Widerburg with Harmony Home Health and Grayson’s care team at Primary Children’s Hospital.

A celebration of life and viewing will be held privately for family and friends on November 13, 2021. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations in Grayson’s name to Children and the Earth (https://childrenandtheearth.com/) and/or the Mascot Miracles Foundation (https://www.mascotmiraclesfoundation.org/). Both of which, have brought so many smiles, experiences, and support to Grayson and his family throughout the years.
