Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, and Friend, returned home to Heavenly Father and was reunited with her husband, July 29, 2007. She was born January 10, 1928 to Richard H. Musson and Ruth E. Bush in Moline, Kansas.
Helen married Robert Bernards July 12, 1946 in Pittsburgh, California. They were later sealed in the Oakland, California temple.
Helen loved being with her family. She was active in the LDS church and enjoyed serving in various organizations. She delighted in being with the children in the nursery.
Helen perfected the art of cake decorating and many people had their taste buds delighted with her artistic creations. Her children and grandchildren were thrilled with the birthday and wedding cakes she custom created for them.
Helen is survived by her five sons, Bobby (Judy), Garry (Sasha), Steve, Ken (Dixie), Greg Bernards and her daughter, Laurie Ballard.
She also leaves 20 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren, her brother Richard (Dorothy) Musson and 2 sisters, Mary Brunsch, and June (Smut) Warren.
Funeral services will be held Monday, August 6, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in the Edgewood 19th Ward building, 300 West 4800 North, in Provo. A viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m. that morning. Interment will be at the Orem City Cemetery.
