Holly "Hallzz" Martinez

Our loving daughter, mother, sister, niece and friend has suddenly been taken from us following complications from child birth on June 28th 2006. She was born September 12, 1979 in Salt Lake City to Joe O. and Sharon K. Martinez.
She loved the outdoors, camping with her family and spending time with her children. She had just graduated from Horizonte in May and was planning a career in nursing.
Survived by her parents Joe O. and Sharon K., brother Joe Steven, sister Leslie V., son Victor O. (8), daughter Mariah K. (5), son Zackeree Joe (6 weeks), Preceded in death by grandparents Jose O. and Barbara V. Martinez, William and Bonnie Stonebraker.
Graveside services held Monday, July 3, 2006, 11:00 am at the Salt Lake City Cemetery, 4th Avenue and "N" Street. Friends to gather one hour prior to services.
In lieu of flowers donations may be contributed for the care of Holly's children at Mountain America Credit Union under the Joe Martinez Holly Fund.
The family would like to thank the University Hospital CCU staff for their excellent care.
