Judy Lynn Abraham Felter, 78, passed away peacefully at her home in West Valley City, Utah, on October 26th, 2025, surrounded by her children after battling medical complications.
Judy was born on November 3, 1946, in Fillmore, Utah, to Myron Dale and Marjorie Jean Abraham. She quickly became a second mother to the remaining five children who followed over the next few years. Along with her seven siblings, Judy moved around Utah often as a child, and eventually, her parents settled in St. George, where Judy enjoyed warm summers and cool winter nights.
Hobbies while growing up included playing softball, dancing in the street, and visiting their family-owned restaurant for an ice-cold Coca-Cola.
Judy was full of life, with bright, sparkling blue eyes, and was always a go-getter. She was constantly looking for ways to help others, especially her children and grandchildren, as they were the light of her life. Her entire life was spent serving others. Judy would hear of a need and come to the rescue, whether it was in the form of organizing, providing natural remedies and vitamins to those she loved, or helping to maintain her children’s homes as they worked to provide and care for their own families.
Judy was survived by her children, Abraham Ray of Springville; Andrea (Brian) Daley of Springville; Marcus (Melanie) Ray of Woods Cross; Jason (Misty Jo) Bowles of West Valley City; Misty Bowles-Hernandez (Nathanael) of Sigonella Naval Base Italy; 16 grandchildren; sisters and brothers, Virginia Balding; Lee (Evelyn) Abraham; June (Lee) Judy; Christine White; Kevin (Sonya) Abraham.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Betty Watson, and brother, Myron Abraham.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00p.m., Monday, November 3, 2025, at the North Salt Lake Legacy Stake Center, 954 West 1100 North, North Salt Lake, Utah.
