Justyce Lanise Yvette Barber

Justyce Lanise Yvette Barber, "Ne-Ne" age 19, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021 at her home. Justyce was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on January 3, 2002 to Temeka Barber Fulcher and Martel Moore.

She was excited about music, dancing, and rapping. She loved taking photographs, and the camera cherished her beauty. She liked to dress and had to have accessories to complement what she was wearing (shoes and bling). She was fond of traveling and modelling. She was a lovely soul and she had an outstanding personality, along with a great sense of humor. She was tuly loved, and she will be sadly missed. REST NOW BABYGIRL, REST.

Justyce is survived by her mother, Temeka "Meke" Barbara Fulcher; her father, Martel Moore; her grandmother, Yvette Lovings; her grandfather, Julius Herron; and her brothers, DyQwhon and De'Marrea Barber. Justyce also leaves behind uncle, Jaywhon Herron; aunts, Melinda Herron and Raven Herron; three nephew; one niece; six great-aunts; four great-uncles; and a host of other relatives and friends.
