Ray Taylor Welling, 60, passed away at his home in St. George, Utah. He leaves behind a brother, sister, three children (Mindy, Ben and Melissa) and nine grandchildren. The family will hold a private memorial service. Dad lived with humor and hopefulness and played by his own rules. He loved few things better than a good story.
