Ruth Kathleen Gillespie

Ruth was born January 26th, 1933 to Gordon Gillespie and Jessie McCleary. She passed away quietly from a short, quick illness on April 2nd, 2013. Ruth grew up in Murray Utah, went to school in Murray and although she moved around her heart stayed in Murray. Ruth held many jobs but, her love in life was to be a homemaker. Ruth loved her kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren the most. Next, her love was to fish and vacation in Florida, but she fell in love with Hawaii with all its beauty, its amazing sunsets, beaches and swaying palm trees. Ruth would always say, "Mothers hold their children's hands for a little while, their hearts "Forever". "Regrets, I've had a few. But, I did it my way" Ruth had five children. Susan (Clint), Jeff deceased (Pat), Rick (Sandra), Cherri (George), and Rhonda. 13 Grandchildren, Michelle, Laurie, Lacy, Ryan, Becky, Tracy, Dustin, Shane, Amber, Johnny, Jennifer, Jeremy, Nick 9 Great grandchildren, Zack, Emma, Ellie, AJ, Jaleel, Ayannah, Kohen, Ethan, Isaac. There will be a Family graveside service Saturday April 6th, 2013 at noon in the Murray City Cemetery. Located at 5490 S Vine Street. We would like to thank CareSource Hospice for their loving care.
