Uki Ryujin, 94, of Ogden, Utah passed away August 13, 2017.  Born sixth of nine children to Seitaro and Rin Hori on February 2, 1923 in Idaho Falls, Idaho. 
She is survived by her brother, Kiyoaky Hori M.D.; two sons, Max and Gary Ryujin; 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Her husband Tomotsu “Tom” Ryujin; son Eugene “Moss” Ryujin; her 5 sisters, Cora (Hori) Morinaka, Mary (Hori) Nakata, Bertha (Hori) Atagi, Lin (Hori) Kusaka, Jean (Hori) Nagashima; 2 brothers, Kiyomaro Hori, and Kiyohide Hori preceded her in death. 
She lived 22 years around Idaho Falls before marrying Tomotsu Ryujin.  She lived and raised her family in Ogden, Utah for 72 years. 
She loved to cook at the Star Noodle restaurant for 62 years.  Her hobbies included sewing, origami and art. 
Services held at Gravesite only, Saturday, August 19, at 2:00 PM Ogden City Cemetery
