William (Bill) Scott III

William (Bill) Scott III passed away from acute leukemia on Friday, July 30, 2021 in Salt Lake City, Utah.  He was born March 27, 1959 in St. Petersburg, Florida to William (Bill) Scott II and Vickie May Wright.  On July 2, 2002 he married Debbie Turnbeaugh in St. Petersburg, FL.

William worked as a landscaper.  He loved fishing.  He was known as the "BBQ King".  Bill enjoyed collecting things.  He loved holidays especially Halloween and took the opportunity to always dress up. Most of all he loved his family.

Bill was an honorable man.  He always did the best he could for his family and friends.  He had a caring heart.  He truly tried to make this world a better place.

Bill is survived by his wife: Debbie; his father: Bill Scott; brothers: Matthew, David, and Tommy, his nephews: Philip and James Waterman; cousins: Justin and Josh, and his sister-in-law: Laura Hook.  He is preceded in death by his mother, Vickie Scott.
